RACES CANCELLED!
IT LOOKS LIKE THE SEASON WON’T START UNTIL JULY 5TH-6TH 2013 due to track resurfacing and installation of the extended launch pad- burnout area- Currently in the bidding process,it’s hoped the work will start in May and be completed by June. Removal of sensor wiring in prep for the new launch pad, makes it unlikely we will be able to run the track temporarily and we’ll have to wait until the project is complete.
Register to race online (after June 15th)-click on buy tickets-purchase tickets for your race category, print them. Bring you printed registration ticket, attach it to your completed and signed tech card (tech inspector signed too). put it in the redbox at registration and your done! The small service fee is well worth not standing in line in the hot sun.

Time Trials (test n tune)
Time trials are run by class as called to the lanes by the starter to a given lane number. The goal is to run a minimum of 3 rounds of time trials per class prior to the dinner break. Do not go to the lanes unless called! When called go to your assigned lane number and avoid blocking traffic into the hot pit. The afternoon Time trials schedule is normally run in the following order starting at 2pm: Jr. Dragsters, followed by Street ET, followed by Bike ET, Sport Compact, Muscle V8, Pro ET, and Top Gun.
During competition schedule permitting, Time trials will be available at the starter’s discretion for those not racing or eliminated from competition after each round of eliminations. Listen to announcements of when and where to line up. Do not go to staging unless called. Time trials for Jr’s. are only immediately following Jr’s. competition. All Time trials are 1 run only per round unless called. No Time trials after the final round which closes the track. All Time trials vehicles must have a “T” on the windshield during the competition portion of the day. Time trials are not guaranteed to be available during competition and are subject to schedule and track conditions. Pointer: After the Semi-Final rounds of competition there often is a lot of time available for time trials during the cool down period for the finals.
Competition: All competition is handicap bracket racing-even the slowest competitor can beat much faster racers! No electronics-delay box-throttle stops etc. allowed
